The Active Traffic Management System for ferry traffic is almost here! 

Construction of the SR 104 Holding Lane and Active Traffic Management System (ATMS) Project began in September 2025, with completion expected in early 2026. For more details, visit the project page: kcowa.us/atms

The Kingston Community Advisory Council has committees led by council members that are open for members of the public to join. Most of these meet monthly. Times and locations vary. Please contact volunteer@kitsap.gov for details.

Meeting Information

The Kingston Community Advisory Council meets the second Wednesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. (except in July) at the Village Green Community Center, 26159 Dulay Road NE in Kingston. KCAC regular meeting agendas are posted below. 

Meetings are open to the public and there is time on the agenda for public comment. Public comment may be submitted at least 24 hours in advance to be read at the meeting during designated time to volunteer@kitsap.gov. Please include name, date of meeting, and topic.

If special accommodation is needed, please contact the staff coordinator by 12:00 p.m. the day before the meeting.

About Us

The Kingston Community Advisory Council provides a discussion forum for community interests and issues. The Council enhances communication between Kingston-area residents and Kitsap County government, and coordinates efforts of the many council and community residents working to improve the Kingston community. KCAC members represent Kingston's broad interests, and work together to proactively address community interests and concerns.

The Kitsap County Board of Commissioners established the Council on February 4, 2002, with 
Resolution 030-2002
