June 24: The informational report on Kingston incorporation analysis is now complete. The Board of Commissioners allocated funding in 2025 to hire consultants to conduct a feasibility study to research and provide information on the viability of Kingston incorporation. Analysis topics include financial considerations, revenue options, and comparisons to other small communities that successfully incorporated.
