About the Program

The Pathways Program fulfills Kitsap County's commitment to building a diverse, skilled workforce by creating meaningful employment opportunities for students, veterans, individuals with disabilities, and community members pursuing career growth. By providing structured learning experiences and employment pathways, we simultaneously strengthen our workforce capabilities and enrich our community.

Internships are throughout the year, aligning with college quarters (12 weeks, not to exceed 16). Great opportunity to direct hire and underfill roles.
