To refine your search for a Residential Sale document, you can apply filters to one or more of the headings. Hover over the heading name (i.e. Neighborhood Code) until you see a down arrow appear to the right of the name. Click on this arrow to bring up the list. Select item(s) to filter by. A funnel icon will appear by the heading as an indicator that you have applied a filter.
For example:
Neighborhood Code = 7100519
This filtering will narrow the result to 5 documents found.
To clear the filters you applied, click on the down arrow to the right of the name heading. Select "Clear Filters from...". Do this for any/all headings you have filtered.

The Sales Year and Tax Year are NOT one in the same. Our appraisal staff analyzes sales from a previous year (i.e.: 2024) to establish the assessment as of January 1st of the assessment year (i.e.: 1/1/2025) for taxes payable the following year (i.e. Tax Year 2026).

2022 Sales = January 2022 - Dec 2023
2021 Sales = January 2021 - Dec 2021
2020 Sales = January 2020 - April 2021
2019 Sales = January 2019 - June 2020
