KIT REQUESTS:

All sales are final, there are no refunds or exchanges for kits. Resale of these packets is prohibited. If you need additional help with the forms, please make an appointment with our courthouse facilitators. Kits will be mailed to the address provided after completion of the order form below. Please allow 7-10 business days for arrival. You may choose to download the kit instead. A link will be emailed to you within 1-2 business days and will expire in two days from the day the link is sent.
