VINE (Victim Information & Notification Everyday) is a free, confidential service that allows crime victims and members of the public to check the custody status of individuals in jail and register for notifications when their status changes.
Through VINELink, you can access custody information online 24 hours a day or receive automatic notifications by phone, text message, email, or TTY, where available.VINE helps individuals stay informed and make decisions about their personal safety. However, it should not be relied upon as the only means of maintaining personal safety.

Free and confidential: There is no charge to use VINE. Your registration is anonymous, and the individual you are monitoring will not be notified that you have registered.Automatic notifications: You can register to receive alerts when an individual's custody status changes. Notifications may occur at any time, including overnight.Multiple notification options: You may register for more than one notification method, such as phone and email.Phone notifications: If you register for phone calls, VINE may continue calling until you confirm receipt or 24 hours have passed. Follow the instructions provided during the call.Registration PIN: You will create a four-digit PIN during registration. Keep it in a safe place, as you will need it to modify or cancel your registration.Keep your information handy: Record the individual's name, identification number, and your PIN, and store them securely.
