​Announcements 

The Manchester Community Advisory Council monthly meeting takes place 6:30-8 p.m. the first Tuesday of the month in the Manchester Library, 8067 E Main Street. The agenda will be posted below. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend to stay informed and engaged. 


Applications open to serve on MCAC

The MCAC has vacancies for representatives from the schools, and Alaska and Nebraska neighborhoods. Go to kcowa.us/advisorygroups for the online application or contact Kitsap County Volunteer Services at rpirtle@kitsap.gov.

 Mission

​The Manchester Community Advisory Council provides a discussion forum for community interests and issues.

The committee enhances communication between Manchester-area residents and Kitsap County government, and coordinates efforts of the many council and community residents currently working to improve the Manchester community.

MCAC members represent Manchester's broad interests, and work together to proactively address community interests and concerns.

The Kitsap County Board of Commissioners Resolution established the Manchester Community Advisory Council on April 13, 2009
