The mission of this program is to bridge the gap between military service and civilian careers through meaningful professional experiences.
The Fellowship Program is a 12-week workforce development initiative that partners with Hiring Heroes and the Department of Defense SkillBridge program. We provide transitioning military personnel with authentic workplace experiences that translate military skills into civilian career success.

- Skills development opportunities including training, workshops, and professional development
- Full team integration and inclusion in organizational culture
- Zero cost to participants - fellows continue receiving full military pay and benefits through DoD
Who is eligible?
- Transitioning Service Members
- Active-duty personnel within 180 days of separation or retirement
- Military Spouses
- Partners of active duty, reserve, or National Guard members
- Military Caregivers
- Individuals providing care to wounded, ill, or injured service members or veterans
