Office Closures
The Kitsap Aging & Long-Term Care main office location is within the Givens Community Center,
1026 Sidney Ave in Port Orchard, WA. The Givens Center is closed to the public; however Aging & Long-Term Care phone and email services are available during business hours, Monday-Friday, 8:00am- 4:30pm by calling (360) 337-5700 or (800) 562-6418. There is also an office located at the North Kitsap Fishline building, 19705 Viking Ave NW in Poulsbo, WA 98370. If in-person services are preferred, please call (360) 337-5700 to schedule a walk-in appointment (both office locations).

Welcome to the Kitsap County Division of Aging and Long-Term Care. We serve the needs of older or disabled adults, their families and caregivers residing in Kitsap County.

Our Mission is to work independently and through community partnerships to promote the well-being and independence of older adults, adults with disabilities, and caregivers.
