Services and Programs

Kitsap Aging and Long Term Care coordinates a variety of services and programs for seniors and disabled adults throughout Kitsap County.

Access Services are services Kitsap ALTC staff provide directly. These services include:

	Information and Assistance (I&A)
	Case Management
	Family Caregiver Support Program

Contracted Services are provided by community organizations through contracts with Kitsap ALTC, and include either Community-Based Services or In-Home Services.

Contracted Community-Based Services include:

	Adult Day Health and Day Care
	Chemical Dependency Counseling
	Congregate Nutrition
	Kinship Care Program
	Legal Services
	Long Term Care Ombudsman Program
	Nursing Home Respite
	Older Adult Counseling Services
	Senior Farmers' Market Nutrition Program
	Senior Community Service Employment Program
	Statewide Health Insurance Benefit Advisors (SHIBA)

Contracted In-Home Services include:
