INSPECTIONS

Building inspections verify that construction work is safe, code-compliant, and consistent with approved permits.
Use this page to learn when inspections are required, how to schedule them, and how to prepare for a successful inspection.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Inspection dates depend on workload, but we aim to complete inspections within two business days of your request.

• If we’re unable to complete your inspection on the scheduled date, we’ll contact you to reschedule it for the next business day.

Final inspections and occupancy approvals cannot be scheduled for next-day service.
