This election includes two countywide ballot measures and candidate races in cities, school districts, fire districts, port districts, utility districts, and park districts. Eligible voters who don't receive a ballot by Oct. 21 should contact the Elections Division in the Kitsap County Auditor's Office at 360-337-7128, or by email at auditor@co.kitsap.wa.us.

Locations for all ballot drop boxes are in the Local Voters' Pamphlet and online at kcowa.us/vote. The pamphlet is also available online at kcowa.us/lvp.
