Contracts and Funding

The local Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Adult, Dislocated Worker and Youth programs are supported by the USDOL Department of Employment and Training Administration. The Olympic Consortium received $2,058,795 in Program Year 2026 federal WIOA funds with 0% financed from non-governmental sources. 

• $677,764 is provided for the Youth program to serve 101 eligible Youth participants in Clallam, Jefferson, and Kitsap Counties.
• $743,913 is provided for the Adult program to serve 164 eligible Adult participants in Clallam, Jefferson and Kitsap Counties.
  
• $637,118 is provided for the Dislocated Workers program to serve 78 eligible Dislocated Worker participants in Clallam, Jefferson, and Kitsap Counties.

In compliance with Department of Labor and Employment Security Department, the Olympic Consortium provides funding to subgrantees to manage employment and training programs across these programs in Clallam, Jefferson, and Kitsap Counties.

WIOA Youth Program

Olympic Educational Service District 114 serves ages 16-24 Clallam, Jefferson, and Kitsap Counties

To aid low-income individuals in Clallam, Jefferson, and Kitsap Counties move out of poverty. The State Economic Security for All (EcSA) grant is supported by PY25 Statewide Activities Funds under WIOA as part of an award totaling $143,144 with 0% financed from non-governmental sources.

State Funded Discretionary Grant, Economic Security for All

To aid low-income individuals in Clallam, Jefferson, and Kitsap Counties move out of poverty. The State Economic Security for All (EcSA) grant is supported by State Governors General Fund as part of an award totaling $194,481 with 0% financed from non-governmental sources.

Employment Security Department (ESD)

Supports the EcSA grant with a Community Reinvestment EcSA Career Accelerator Incentive Program, and an EcSA Career Business Services and Subsidized Training Program.
