Proposed Local Rules
​District Court submits three local rules for comments as part of its Journal software implementation. 

​​​Comments should be sent to Robyn Dunham at RDunham@kitsap.gov
or by mail to Kitsap County District Court, 614 Division Street, MS-25, Port Orchard, WA 98366.​

All comments on Rules LGR 22.1 and LGR 30.1
must be submitted in writing no later than noon on
Friday, June 9, 2023.

All comments on Rule LGR 100 must be submitted in writing no later than noon on
Wednesday, June 21, 2023.

Rule LGR 22.1 concerning the mandatory filing of Litigant Confidential Information Forms.

Rule LGR 30.1 concerning the mandatory use of District Court website criminal pattern forms if the pattern forms are available on the website. 

​Rule LGR 100 concerning Trial Confirmation and Appearance.
