FILED IN DISTRICT COURT:
If you missed your preliminary hearing and do 	NOT have an attorney, you need to go to District Court, Room 106.  	Bench warrant quash hearings are held daily.  	Inform them that you have an active bench warrant and they will set a bench 	warrant quash hearing for you to appear.     
If you missed your status or bind over hearing and DO have an attorney, 	please contact your attorney.  They will work with 	you and the court to set a bench warrant quash hearing as soon as possible.
FILED IN SUPERIOR COURT:
If you missed your arraignment and do NOT have 	an attorney, contact our office and we will work with you and the 	Prosecuting Attorney's Office to set a bench warrant quash hearing.  
  
If you missed any other type of hearing and DO have an attorney, please 	contact your attorney.  They will work with you and 	the court to set a bench warrant quash hearing as soon as possible.
