This document library is pre-sorted by Model Type.
To refine your search for a Commercial Model document, you can apply filters to one or more of the headings. Hover over the heading name (i.e. Tax Year) until you see a down arrow appear to the right of the name. Click on this arrow to bring up the list. Select item(s) to filter by. A funnel icon will appear by the heading as an indicator that you have applied a filter.
For example:
Tax Year = 2021
Model Type = Apartments
Valuation Type = Annual Update
This filtering will narrow the result to 5 documents found.
To clear the filters you applied, click on the down arrow to the right of the name heading. Select "Clear Filters from...". Do this for any/all headings you have filtered.
