Central Kitsap School District and the Kitsap Peninsula local Fire Fighter Unions are proud to present the 2016 HammerHead Invitational Wrestling tournament, on December 16th and 17th at the Kitsap Sun Pavilion.
Doors open at 7:30 AM on both Friday & Saturday. Featuring 48 Male & 16 Female High School Teams from Washington, Oregon and Utah- Over 560 Male Wrestlers, 190 Female Wrestlers, and 200 team support members.
The Kitsap Sun Pavilion is a spacious venue is ideal for an intimate, first-class wrestling experience for wrestlers, coaches, and fans alike. With 8 full mats and over 2000 spectators, the HammerHead Invitational features state-of-the-art scoring systems, an outstanding public announcing system, various type of concessions, a dedicated tournament photography team, and customized T-shirt sales. - Located in the heart of the Puget Sound, with easy transportation access for all areas of the state.
Prime-Time Announcer: Mr. Richard Chwaszczewski, one of the primary announcers for the state tournament at the Tacoma Dome, is the tournament announcer.
Free Parking! Kitsap Sun Pavilion parking fees are waived. Safety First! Certified Athletic Trainers, Aid Crew, and Ambulance on-site during the competition.
